Xobni Plus lets you search conversations and the network for keywords.
Conversation Search
The conversation list in Xobni profiles is one of the most used Xobni features. Xobni does a great job of putting all emails from an email exchange into one easy-to-read conversation. Xobni Plus does two things to make this feature even more powerful.
Xobni conversations are now completely searchable. With Xobni Plus, you can look at all the conversations with Josh, and search within those conversations for an email that contained the phrase "TPS report."
Filter the conversations to those that occurred directly between you and Josh. By default, the conversation field contains all messages that Josh has been on, including those where both you and him were CC'd.
"Direct conversations" are emails where you were the sender, or the contact you're currently looking at (in this case, Josh) was the sender.
"Indirect conversations" are any emails that included you and Josh in the To: or Cc: fields.
Network Search
The network field is another powerful part of a Xobni profile, and Xobni Plus also takes this feature to a new level.
The network list is now completely searchable. You can search Josh's network for all the people with email addresses "@widgetdesigns.com." So, if you know Josh introduced you to the VP at WidgetDesigns, but you completely forget the VP's name, search Josh's network and find the guy were looking for. Very powerful. Only Xobni Plus.
If you are a power emailer, sometimes Xobni's network list can become very long. Xobni Plus allows you to filter the network to only include people that have appeared on emails from you or from Josh.
