Xobni Plus brings three new types of data into our quick and powerful search engine: Calendar Appointments, Tasks, and Links (URLs) Exchanged.
Appointments in Xobni Profiles
With Xobni Plus, all Xobni profiles contain appointments shared by you and your contact. When you are looking at an email from Jim, Xobni will quickly show you all past and upcoming appointments with Jim. You can easily open those appointments to reference the content of the meeting. You'll look very prepared the next time you whip out this powerful Xobni Plus feature.
Appointments and Tasks in Search Results
With Xobni Plus, the type and amount of data you can search has increased. Two helpful additions are appointments and tasks. When you upgrade to Xobni Plus, typing in the Xobni search box will show people, email, and attachment results, as well as appointment and task matches. Nothing will get by you when you are armed with Xobni Plus.
Links Exchanged
Xobni Plus completes each contacts’ profile by enabling you to quickly see all the links you’ve ever exchanged as well as the date they were sent. This feature is very helpful as links easily get lost and forgotten in email. Xobni Plus captures all the links, sorts them by date and includes them in each person’s profile, giving you immediate access to them all the time. They are even active, so you can click directly from Xobni, to get where you need to go.
