The WebEx gadget in Xobni is optimized for meeting hosts and provides one click access to schedule meetings and send meeting reminders. Simply select the Xobni Contact with whom you want to set up a meeting and click "Schedule Meeting". The WebEx gadget will open an email and will pre-populate it with the email address for the recipient as well as the link they need to join your WebEx. Done! Sending a meeeting reminder is just as easy.
With the WebEx gadget, you can also view the next meeting you have with a contact as well as all the future meetings you have scheduled, so you can stay on schedule.
