Xobni for Your Enterprise
Xobni's Admin Portal helps you configure, manage, and deploy your Xobni Enterprise solution.
Xobni Servers communicate what features your end users should have. The communication is encrypted and does not include any identifiable information.
Xobni Enterprise gives businesses of all sizes the ability to deploy and manage Xobni to employees and create enterprise extensions to increase productivity and efficiency. Through an easy-to-use web interface, Xobni Enterprise delivers the "Three C's" to IT administrators.
Compliance
- Ensure your organization is compliant with corporate-wide distribution and use of Xobni. While individuals may download and use Xobni or Xobni Plus, Xobni Enterprise gives the organization a corporate-wide license to deploy and manage Xobni through central administration.
Control
- Centralized deployment of Xobni to groups of users through standard policy settings from Active Directory or other standard policy configurations.
- Control which Xobni features Enterprise users can access.
Customization
- Create extensions for CRM, company portal or other enterprise applications and services.
- Integrate your user's corporate profile into the Xobni contact card through LDAP.
Xobni Enterprise users get Xobni's powerful search capabilities that generate rich profiles and information, as well as enhanced features, including:
- AutoSuggest - access all Xobni contacts when composing a message
- Advanced Filters - Filter search results by searching the contents of the email or refine the search based on To, From, Subject and a several others variables
- Unlimited PSTs - Search results contain every email, attachment or appointment from every Outlook data file
- Appointments and Tasks - Outlook Calendar events appear within Search Results and Profiles
Configure
Using Xobni Enterprise, IT admins can toggle on or off Xobni features (such as Skype integration and the Twitter and Facebook extensions) for different groups of users. This will give your employees the experience they need to get the job done.
Deploy
Xobni Enterprise provides a MSI file that resides on an internal server, along with registry settings that define features according to ones group settings. These mechanisms empower the IT administrator to "push" Xobni out to end users.
Extensions
Xobni Enterprise customers can create their own custom extensions to display company news and information. They can also develop extensions that integrate with CRM, corporate portals and nearly any business application or web service. Our SalesForce.com and Microsoft SharePoint extensions are available to Enterprise customers, and Xobni Solutions Providers are available to create extensions to meet specific business objectives.
