Please add another tool to your offerings that first tests a person's Outlook and scores it based on how bloated it is. Then offer tips and walk them through the cleaning process. I have 8 years of emails in my Outlook and that's why it caused my Outlook to crash. I haven't had time to clean it out yet. When I do, I'll install Xobni again. Your product is amazing but the users who are having trouble with it are the problem.

Removed it in order to get Outlook functional again. Seems it is not quite yet toilet trained and socialized.
