I realize that your initial product is for Outlook on Windows, but if you intend to do anything for other platforms, you may want to spend a little time fixing the CSS. Or just be prepared for abuse you could avoid. Speaking of which, I like the idea of your product. Do you have any plans for similar plug-ins for other mail clients on other platforms? My preference would be a plug-in for Apple's Mail.app, and one for Thunderbird, preferably one that runs cross-platform. Oh, and I'm with Drew.
