Rainy Day

There is nothing better for work productivity than a rainy day in Cambridge. More like a rainy week! It has been raining for nearly a week straight. We are anxious to get outside and enjoy what Boston has to offer; however, all the time spent inside has allowed us to get quite a bit of work done. We are making consistent steps towards releasing our first product Xobni Statistics. We also plan to have our new webpage up and running soon. As always, comments are warmly welcomed.

My first comment is to reconsider the need for users to be “registered” in order to leave comments. Given the number of blogs people visit these days (and that many, like you are running their own independent WordPress installation), it’s a PITA to have to create an account all over the place.
Easier (for users) approach might be to allow anonymous comments and delete those that need to be deleted.

Thanks to Dharmesh for the comment found above. One of the most important lessons of starting a company is to quickly adapt to users’ demands. Additionally, it is always advisable to error on the side of reducing the amount of work for users. We have changed the permissions on our blog so that now anyone can post a comment without logging in.
